ACES Field Trip to Redwood Regional Park, 12/05/09
Dear Parents, Students, and Staff,
I just wanted to let you all know that Saturday's family trip was another success. There were approximately 50 participants, despite the extremely cold weather.
Thank you Jeanette for all the outreach you did to get the families to participate in our Saturday field trip. Thank you Amy and the team at the Oakland Museum for organizing and conducting another great trip! Amy brought 4 of her staff members to lead the trip. The East Bay Regional Police Department (EBRPD) provided two rangers, Ranger D. Rosario and Ranger Pamela, to help with the restoration component and the additional hot water for the cocoa.
Richard, from the 3rd grade team, showed up to represent Franklin staff on his bike!!!
